It only took a few weeks, but Rockstar's LA Noire has sold 4 million copies worldwide.
Along with those figures, Rockstar has officially announced they'll be bringing the game to PC by the fall. The game has been a huge seller in the US and the UK since release.
An official press release has Sam Houser, founder of Rockstar, saying the following:
L.A. Noire is a new type of game that makes players see through a detective’s eyes in 1940s Los Angeles. Its unique blend of story, action and crime solving will be perfect to play on PC. It will feature customization, including keyboard remapping and gamepad functionality to both optimize and customize the performance and user experience.
There's also confirmation that the computer version will support 3D viewing.
