Fans of Android-based smartphones rejoice: Samsung Galaxy S is selling like hotcakes.
The sharp, sleek device has sold over 1 Million units in just the first two weeks of its release. The device has been an instant hit with critics, bloggers, tweeters, and owners. The phone has been dubbed the 'iphone killer' (don't worry Apple fans, nearly every smartphone with these kind of specs does) and has seen incredible sales for both T-Mobile and AT&T.
The device specs are fantastic, boasting an impressive 1gh processor, 512mb of storage (expandable with memory card), and a 4-inch AMOLED touch screen. The phone also comes with a 5-megapixel camera, which is capable of HD recording.
According to rumors, the device could be on sale at Verizon and Sprint by the end of the year. Samsung is getting ready to launch into the tablet business, prepping the Samsung Galaxy S tablet to be sold before the holidays.
